dc.description.abstract The actuality of developing a methodology and instruments for assessing the potential of the housing stock is caused by the worsening of the contradictions between the possibility of ensuring the living comfort of the family in most of the housing stock and the new types of houses with different levels of comfort, in order to satisfy the needs of different social layers under market conditions. The quality of the dwelling and the living level greatly influences the state of health and the lifetime of the man, his psychological state, conditions of education and the development of personality. In this context, the development of housing stock remains a priority issue in the development of the society. en_US
