Abstract:
Actually, personnel development can not be perceived in an organization without an efficient career management. Career management is not only a type of activity for Human Resources Department, but it is interdependent with other human resources managements' stages, because it involves the employee with its needs and motivations and takes into account the organizational objectives. This ar-ticle deeds with the concept of career management and its specific features for social assistance from the Republic of Moldova. The present paper is dedicated to the characteristics of community services of social assistance and the role of social services' beneficiary. Also, stages for career plan's development for an social assistant are revealed.
