dc.description.abstract	The companies use the low costs strategies with a view to improve competitive advantage. Implementation of low costs strategies is possible by a lot of methods. The main scope of this paper is to identify some of strategically options able to reduced costs. Also, one of the important moments is to identify the intensity of strategically options influence on different kind of costs.	en_US
