dc.description.abstract | Metoda de defectoscopie catodoluminescentă este utilizată pentru cercetarea cristalelor MgO, supuse tratamentului termic. A fost elaborată, pe baza studiului proceselor de tratament termic şi dopare a materialelor tehnologia care permite schimbarea în limite largi a proprietăţilor luminescente, optice, mecanice ale cristalelor. La tratamentul termic al MgO în topitură de Al, am reuşit, în particular, să-i mărim duritatea de 1.5-2 ori. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | MgO crystals indented by the Vickers hardness indenter have been studied by cathodoluminescence and spectroscopic methods using a scanning electron microscope. After annealing in the aluminum vapor or melt at 1420 K for 150 h, changes in the mechanical, optical and luminescence properties of the crystals were observed. The changes were observed in both the region of the indent rosette and non-indented region in which Al diffusion occurred. An increase in the microhardness and changes in the luminescence properties were suggested to be related first of all to the presence of aluminum impurities in the MgO crystals. | |
