The „human” factor of managerial functions in educational institutions

Abstract

This paper focuses on the importance of the human factor belonging to the managerial functions in learning institutions by analyzing communication, motivation and participation as attributes of the manager.

Articolul se focusează pe importanţa factorului uman care ţine de funcţiile manageriale în instituţiile educaţionale prin analiza atribuţiilor manageriale aşa ca comunicarea, motivarea şi participarea.
