dc.description.abstract	In the Article is examined the legal framework regarding the expropriation of real estate in Republic of Moldova, as well as, the practical issues concerning the role of expropriation within the problem solving of Local Public Administration and Central Public Administration. It was studied the situation regarding the cases of expropriation during the period of 2008-2016 and was analyzed the consequences of the projects in question.	en_US
