dc.description.abstract Economic activities of any company focused on production and profit. Nevertheless, a very important issue in the market conditions there is a need the company to meet the interests and needs of their employees, since the human factor is one of the most important factors. Proceeding from these positions by developing a concept of the need to control the quality of life of its employees. For this, he puts forward a number of performance indicators of quality of life, differentiating them from areas of the economy. en_US
dc.description.abstract Activitatea economică a unei organizaţii este orientată spre realizarea obiectivelor de produce şi obţinere a profitului, dar, în acelaşi, timp ea trebuie orientată spre realizarea intereselor angajaţilor. Maxima de succes a unei organizaţii nu trebuie să ignoreze nevoile şi interesele personalului, căci factorul uman este forţa de producere cea mai importantă în cadrul ei, ţinând cont şi că fiecare individ este unicat în felul său. Reieşind din aceste considerente, autorul articolului propune ipoteza de evaluare a calităţii vieţii angajaţilor din poziţia realizării nevoilor umane. Se propune diferenţierea indicatorilor de evaluare a calităţii vieţii angajaţilor pe domenii de activitate. ro
dc.description.abstract L'activité économique d'une organisation est dirigée vers la réalisation des objectifs de production et de profit, mais en même temps, elle devrait être orientée vers les intérêts des salariés. le maximum de succès d'une organisation ne doit pas ignorer les besoins et les intérêts du personnel, parce que le facteur humain est la plus importante force pour les produire, en tenant compte du fait que chaque individu est unique en son genre. Partant de ces considérations, l'auteur de l'article propose une évaluation si la qualité de vie aux besoins des employés en mesure d'atteindre l'homme. La différenciation est proposé des indicateurs pour évaluer la qualité de vie des salariés par entreprise. fr
dc.description.abstract Экономическая деятельность любого предприятия направлена на производство продукции и получение прибыли. Тем не менее, очень важной проблемой в условиях рынка возникает необходимость предприятия в удовлетворении интересов и потребностей своих работников, так как человеческий фактор является одним из самых важных производственных факторов. Исходя из этих позиций, автор разрабатывает концепцию необходимости управления качеством жизни своих работников. Для этого он выдвигает ряд оценочных показателей качества жизни, дифференцируя их по областям экономики. ru
