Abstract:
The concept of guilt in Russia was developed under the influence of Western European medieval law, roman law, rules the Christian religion, which, in turn, were influenced by Jewish law. Initially the guilt was understood as an illegal act, but with the development of legal science and practice of regulation came the realization that guilt related to the subjective side elements of the felony. The Russian lawyers began to investigate in their works of guilt the psychological content, volitional and intellectually moments.
