Dezechilibrele hidro-electrolitice la bolnavii cu sindrom de leziune pulmonară acută- detresă respiratorie acută (ALI/ARDS) şi algoritmul corecţiei acestora

Abstract

Au fost studiate dezechilibrele hidroionice la bolnavii cu sindrom de leziune pulmonară acută/detresă respiratorie acută. Studiul a fost efectuat pe 174 bolnavi cu ALI/ARDS. Bolnavii au fost împărţiţi în trei loturi: leziuni pulmonare uşoare, moderate şi severe. În articol se prezintă modificările echilibrului ionilor de sodiu, potasiu, calciu, clor şi este analizată detaliat cauzele acestor dereglări şi manifestările clinice. Autorii propun metode de tratament ale acestor dereglări.

Hydroionic disturbances have been investigated in patients with acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome (ALI/ARDS). The investigations have been carried out on 174 patients with ALI/ARDS. The patients were divided in 3 groups: mild, moderate and severe lung injury. In the article are presented modifications of sodium, potassium, calcium and chlorine ions and the causes and clinical signs of these disturbanses are analysed. The authors propose methods for treatment of these disturbances.
