Elaborarea şi inventarierea bunului imobil (teren cu casă individuală) din raionul Făleşti, comuna Pînzăreni, satul Pînzăreni

Abstract

Teza este compusă din introducere, 3 capitole, concluzii, bibliografie și două anexe. Lucrarea conține 84 pagini (fără anexe), 41 figuri, 23 tabele. Bibliografia constă din 33 surse de referință. Anexa tezei de master cuprinde 86 pagini și 4 figuri. În cadrul anexei sunt reprezentate actele de drept în baza cărora se execută lucrări la nivel de teren și clădiri, care se referă la studiul de caz. În primul capitolul este redată partea teoretică a tezei de master privind studiu cadrului legislativ şi normativ a lucrărilor cadastrale privind toate bunurile imobile, din Republica Moldova. În al doilea capitol este redată partea teoretică a tezei de master privind modul de executare a etapelor de inventariere, identificare, actualizare și elaborare a tuturor bunurilor imobile. În al treilea capitol este redată partea practică a tezei de master privind executarea raportului lucrării a unui bun imobil unde raportul este un document în care se explică etapele executării, iar pe parcursul raportului se elaborează procesul de execuție a bunului imobil.

The thesis consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions, bibliography and two appendices. The paper contains 84 pages (without appendices), 41 figures, 23 tables. The bibliography consists of 33 reference sources. The annex of the master's thesis contains 86 pages and 4 figures. The annex represents the legal acts on the basis of which works are carried out at the level of land and buildings, which refer to the case study. The first chapter presents the theoretical part of the master's thesis on the study of the legislative and normative framework of cadastral works on all real estate in the Republic of Moldova. The second chapter presents the theoretical part of the master's thesis on how to perform the stages of inventory, identification, updating and development of all real estate. The third chapter presents the practical part of the master's thesis on the execution of the report of the work of a real estate where the report is a document that explains the stages of execution, and during the report the process of execution of the property is elaborated.
