Perfecţionarea activităţii comerţului extern (import) în cadrul companiei Volta SRL pentru asigurarea dezvoltării sustenabile

Abstract

Domeniul de studiu: Analiza comerţului exterior la compania VOLTA SRL ca parte componenta a dreptului vamal . Scopul și obiectivele tezei: Scopul general al tezei rezidă în cercetarea complexă a companiei Volta SRL, se va prezenta procesele de verificarea declaraţiilor vamale, actelor de export si toate actele aferente lui. Desigur si despre importanta transportului unde este necesara analiza si negocierea ponderii care participa la crearea costurilor. Problema ştiinţifică: Identificarea cit si rolul problemelor in teza se enumera fecventa greselior depistate in declaratii cit si in actele aferente pentru comertul extern(importul).O alta problema ce se regaseste in acesata teza este si analiza cit si valoarea procentului de transport care se reflecta negativ asupra costurilor tuturor marfurilor importate. Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării este determinată de faptul că rezultatele cercetărilor sunt orientate spre optimizarea comertului(importului) ce vizează declararea mărfurilor, precum și spre dezvoltarea întregului mecanism de reglementare a comertului(importului). Unele concluzii și recomandări formulate în lucrare pot fi implementate în activitatea practică in cadrul companiei Volta SRL din Republica Moldova.

Цель и задачи работы: Общая цель дипломной работы заключается в комплексном исследовании компании Volta SRL, в котором будут представлены процессы проверки таможенных деклараций, экспортных документов и всех документов, связанных с ним. импортом, также о важности транспорта, когда необходимо проанализировать и соглосовать процентное сотношение, которое влияет в создании себестоимость. Научная новизна и оригинальность результатов исследования: Идентификация, а также роль проблем в дипломной работе перечислены частоты ошибок, обнаруженных в декларациях, а также в соответствующих документах для внешней торговли (импорт). на все импортируемые товары Решенный научный вопрос в данной области: Определяется тем, что результаты исследований ориентированы на оптимизацию торговли (импорта), направленную на декларирование товаров, а также на разработку всего механизма регулирования торговли (импорта). Некоторые выводы и рекомендации, сформулированные в статье, могут быть реализованы в практической деятельности в компании Volta SRL в Республике Молдова.

Field of study: Analysis of foreign trade at VOLTA SRL as part of customs law. The goal and objectives of the dessertation: The general purpose of the dessertation resides in the complex research of the company Volta SRL, it will be presented the processes of verification of customs declarations, export documents and all the documents related to the import. Of course, also about the importance of transport where it is necessary to analyze and negotiate percentage that participates in the creation of costs. Important scientific problem solved in this area: The identification as well as the role of the problems in the thesis are listed the frequency of errors found in the declarations as well as in the related documents for foreign trade (import) to all imported goods. The practical value: is determined by the fact that the research results are oriented towards the optimization of trade (import) aimed at the declaration of goods, as well as towards the development of the entire mechanism of regulating trade (import). Some conclusions and recommendations formulated in the paper can be implemented in the practical activity within the company Volta SRL in the Republic of Moldova.
