Competitivitatea ca factor determinant al creșterii economice a întreprinderii

Abstract

Scopul actualei tezei de master este de a cerceta aspectele teoretice și metodologice privind competitivitatea întreprinderii, de a efectua analiza economico-financiară a întreprinderii și de a propune metode de îmbunătăţire pentru ca întreprinderea să fie competitivă pe piaţă. În introducere a fost argumentată prezenta temă, au fost stabilite sarcinele tezei în corespundere cu tema tezei de master, s-a identificat scopul și obiectivele lucrării. În capitolul I „Caracteristica generală a competitivităţii”, este definit conceptul de competitivitate, la fel sunt analizate metodele de evaluare a competitivităţii și rolul competitivităţii la creșterea performanţelor întreprinderii. În capitolul II „Analiza economico-financiară a întreprinderii „Stil Birotic” SRL ”este prezentată analiza financiară a întreprinderii „Stil Birotic” SRL care cuprinde: analiza surselor de finanțare a patrimoniului întreprinderii, analiza dinamicii și structurii veniturilor, analiza rezultatelor financiare, a dianmicii și structurii cheltuielilor, analiza fluxului de numerar, analiza rescului de faliment și analiza SWOT. În capitolul III „Direcții de creștere a competitivităţii în cadrul întreprinderii „Stil Birotic” SRL”. Sunt tratate principalele direcții de creștere cum ar fi: implementarea strategiei de creștere și dirijare a competitivității întreprinderii în condițiile actuale; creșterea competitivității în baza implementării managementului eficient al stocurilor de mărfuri.; creșterea competitivității prin optimizarea politicii de colectare a creanțelor. În concluzie sunt evidențiate rezultatele principale obținute în urma analizei economico-financiare și direcțiile de creștere a competitivităţii în cadrul întreprinderii.

The purpose of the master's thesis on "Competitiveness as a determinant of economic growth of the enterprise" is to research the theoretical and methodological aspects of enterprise competitiveness, to perform economic and financial analysis of the enterprise and to propose methods for improvement for the enterprise to be competitive in the market. In the introduction, the present topic was argued, the tasks of the thesis were established in correspondence with the topic of the master's thesis, the purpose and objectives of the paper were identified. Chapter I "General feature of competitiveness" defines the concept of competitiveness, as well as the methods of assessing competitiveness and the role of competitiveness in increasing the performance of the enterprise. Chapter II "Economic-financial analysis of the company" Stil Birotic SRL" presents the financial analysis of the company "Stil Birotic" SRL which includes: analysis of financing sources of the company's assets, analysis of income dynamics and structure, analysis of financial results, dynamics and expense structure, cash flow analysis, bankruptcy risk analysis and SWOT analysis. In Chapter III "Directions for increasing competitiveness within the enterprise" Stil Birotic SRL". The main directions of growth are treated, such as: the implementation of the strategy for growth and management of the company's competitiveness in the current conditions; increasing competitiveness based on the implementation of efficient stock management; increasing competitiveness by optimizing debt collection policy. In conclusion, the main results obtained from the economic-financial analysis and the directions of increasing the competitiveness within the enterprise are highlighted.
