Proiectul investiţional - instrument pentru argumentarea deciziei de investire

Abstract

Domeniul de studiu – marochinăria. Scopul tezei constă în argumentarea investiţiilor capitale – sursă pentru creşterea economică a întreprinderii, analiza situaţiei existente în ce priveşte investiţiile capitale şi elaborarea măsurilor de perfecţionare a procesului investiţional la întreprinderea “Haskel Design” SRL. Obiectivele cercetării sunt: Realizarea proiectului investițional cu privire la procurarea a noi utilaje; Determinarea valorii investiției capitale și a surselor de finanțare; Determinarea cheltuielilor curente aferente realizării proiectului de investiții și a veniturilor; Determinarea eficienței proiectului de investiții. Noutatea şi originalitatea ştiinţifică a lucrării: de a confecționa modele noi de genți cu o tehnologie modernă. Problema științifică importantă soluţionată: întreprinderea trebuie să investească, în primul rând, în calitatea produselor. Fără a învesti în calitatea produselor întreprinderea nu va fi capabilă să crească vânzările. Pentru aceasta întreprinderea ar trebui să elaboreze un proiect investiţional pilot cu privire la procurarea utilajelor. Importanţa teoretică a întreprinderii este determinată să se raporteze permanent la cererea de piaţă, trebuie să anticipeze mişcările concurenţei, să-şi autoevalueze resursele de care dispune şi să acţioneze în direcţia creşterii eficienţei utilizării acestora. În abordarea sistemică a problematicii firmei un rol deosebit revine analizei economico-financiare, ca instrument de supraveghere a activităţii şi performanţelor acesteia. Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării: este în finanțarea investiției capitale prin credit bancar ce va fi rambursat în 5 ani.

The purpose of the thesis is to argue the capital investments - source for the economic growth of the company, to analyze the existing situation regarding the capital investments and to elaborate the measures to improve the investment process at the company "Haskel Design" SRL. The research objectives are: Realization of the investment project regarding the purchase of new equipment; Determining the value of the capital investment and the sources of financing; Determining the current expenses related to the realization of the investment project and the revenues; Determining the efficiency of the investment project. The novelty and the scientific originality of the paper: to make new models of bags with modern technology. The important scientific problem solved: the company must invest, first of all, in the quality of the products. Without investing in product quality, the company will not be able to increase sales. For this, the company should develop a pilot investment project on the purchase of machinery. The theoretical importance of the thesis of the enterprise is determined to permanently refer to the market demand, it must anticipate the movements of the competition, to evaluate its available resources and to act in the direction of increasing the efficiency of their use. In the systemic approach of the company problem, a special role is the economic-financial analysis, as a tool for monitoring its activity and performances. The applicative value of the paper:is in the financing of the capital investment through bank credit which will be repaid in 5 years.
