Implementarea managementului financiar în cadrul întreprinderii GE “Litera AVN” SRL

Abstract

Structura tezei: sunt incluse 3 capitole, concluzii generale şi recomandări, bibliografie in total 70 pagini. Domeniul de studiu: Implementarea managementului financiar a întreprinderii GE „Litera AVN" prin analiza situației economico-financiar. Scopul și obiectivele tezei: Scopul general al tezei este diagnosticarea analizei situației economico-financiare a întreprinderii GE „Litera AVN" SRL, prin argumentarea beneficiilor implementării managementului financiar în cadrul întreprinderii. Dar și despre rolul și necesitatea unui department financiar-contabil în interiorul organizației. Problema ştiinţifică: Lipsa unui management financiar în cadrul întreprinderii GE „Litera AVN" SRL este un dezavantaj pentru aceasta, analizat în cadrul tezei. Încă una din probleme este lipsa personalului pentru a realiza diagnosticul bilanțului contabil. Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării se bazează pe faptul că cercetarea este realizată pentru maximizarea profitului întreprinderii, și pentru o gestiune corectă a situației economico-financiare a întreprinderii GE „Litera AVN" SRL.

Structure of the thesis are included 3 chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography in total 70 pages. Field of study implementation of financial management with in the company G.E. “Litera AVN” S.R.L. by analyzing the economic and financial situation. The goal and objectives of the dessertation the general purpose of the thesis is to diagnose the analysis of the economic and financial situation of GE "Litera AVN" SRL, by arguing the benefits of implementing financial management within the company, but also about the role and need of a financial- accounting department within the organization. Important scientific problem solved in this area the lack of financial management within the company GE "Litera AVN" SRL is a disadvantage for this, analyzed in the thesis. Another problem is the lack of staff to make the diagnosis of the balance sheet. The practical value is based on the fact that the research is carried out to maximize the profit of the enterprise, and for a correct management of the economic-financial situation of the enterprise GE "Litera AVN" SRL.
