Eco-inovarea - instrument de implementare a creşterii economice sustenabile

Abstract

Lucrarea de față își propune să descrie conceptul de eco-inovare și contextul actual în care acesta s-a dezvoltat, viziunea UE în acest domeniu, măsurile și programele care s-au dezvoltat până în prezent pentru susținerea și promovarea eco-inovării. Pentru a atinge obiectivele propuse, am analizat literatura de specialitate și am folosit metode statistice descriptive pentru interpretarea datelor disponibile în bazele de date oficiale. Rezultatele acestui studiu stabilesc relația dintre eco-inovare, dezvoltare durabilă și economie circulară, pe de o parte, pentru a identifica locul României în tabloul de bord al Ecoinnovation – Eco-IS, pe de altă parte. De asemenea sunt prezentate câteva exemple de proiecte de success implementate în domeniul eco-inovării care dovedesc potențialul foarte ridicat al acestui tip de abordare în dezvoltărea economeie societății.

This paper aims to describe the concept of eco-innovation and the actual context in which it has developed, the EU view in this area, the measures and the programs which grew up to this moment for the sustainment and the promotion of eco-innovation. To accomplish our aims, we analyzed the scientific literature and we used descriptive statistical methods to interpret the available data in the official databases. The results of this study establish the relation between eco-innovation, sustainable development and circular economy on one side and to identify the Romanian seat in the Eco-innovation – Eco-IS Scoreboard, on the other side. Also, some successful examples of projects implemented in the area of eco-innovation are presented, which prove the very high potential of this type of approach in the development of the economy of the society, as a whole.
