Iniţierea, administrarea şi gestionarea afacerilor mici şi mijlocii în Republica Moldova

Abstract

În cadrul tezei de masterat au fost examinate aspectele teoretice ale conceptului de întreprindere mică şi mijlocie, practicile internaţionale de clasificare a ÎMM-lor, precum şi politicile de susţinere a acestora. Ţinând cont de tema tezei, a fost efectuată analiza economico-financiară a activităţii IMM-lor în Republica Moldova, cu sistematizarea rezultatelor în analiza SWOT. În baza rezultatelor cercetărilor, a fost propus un set de măsuri la nivel macroeconomic pentru eficientizarea activităţii IMM-lor moldoveneşti şi acţiuni concrete pentru dezvoltarea infrastructurii de support în afaceri. Obiectivul tezei constă în prezentarea conceptului IMM-lor în economia de piaţă, analiza datelor statistice cu privire la dezvoltarea afacerilor mici și mijlocii în Republica Moldova, precum şi propunerea unor recomandări de eficientizare a activităţii acestora. Recomandările practice, prezentate în teză, sunt orientate spre eficientizarea activităţii IMM-lor din Republica Moldova în condiţiile economiei de piaţă.

The master thesis examined the theoretical aspects of the concept of small and medium-sized enterprise, the international practices of classifying SMEs as well as the policies for their support. Taking into account the theme of the thesis, the economic and financial analysis of the SME activity in the Republic of Moldova was carried out, with the systematization of the results in the SWOT analysis. On the basis of the results of the researches, a set of measures at the macroeconomic level was proposed for improving the activity of the Moldovan SMEs and actions for the development of the business support infrastructure. The objective of the thesis is to present the concept of SMEs in the market economy, to analyze statistical data on the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Republic of Moldova, as well as to propose recommendations for streamlining their activity. The practical recommendations presented in the thesis are aimed at making the activity of SMEs in the Republic of Moldova more efficient in market economy conditions.
