Îmbunătăţirea sistemului de operare pentru procesul de monitorizare a prețurilor materialelor de construcții

Abstract

Teza conţine următoarele compartimente: introducere, trei capitole, concluzie, bibliografie cu 23 titluri, 22 pagini de text, 3 tabele, 3 figuri, 4 formule, 5 grafice, o anexă.

Lucrarea prezintă îmbunătățirea sistemului de operare pentru monitorizarea prețurilor în construcții.

Problema estimării unui preț al lucrărilor de construcții se pune la realizarea lucrărilor de construcții. Construcțiile sunt o industrie dură, deoarece riscurile pe care și le asumă un antreprenor sunt semnificative. Determinarea corectă a prețului estimat permite înainte de realizarea lucrărilor de a calcula și a stabili cheltuielile care vor fi necesare pentru executarea lor.

Pentru prima dată în Republica Moldova a fost elaborat Catalog de prețuri medii pentru materiale de construcții, ce va permite sporirea eficienței alocațiilor bugetare, necesității folosirii investițiilor străine, a mijloacelor bugetului preconizate pentru reparații capitale și curente etc.

The thesis contains the following sections: introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion, bibliography with 23 titles, 22 pages of based text, 3 tables, 3 figures, 4 formulas, 5 graphic, annex 1.

The paper presents improved operating system for monitoring construction prices.

The problem of estimating the price of construction come up with the achievement of construction works. Construction is a tough industry, because the risks that an entrepreneur assums are significant. A correct determination of an estimed price, before the works 2ealization, allows to calculate and to establish the costs that will be required for their accomplishment.

For the first time in Republic of Moldova was developed the “Catalog of average prices for building materials”, which will allow the increasing of budgetary allocations efficiency, necessity of using foreign investment, the expected budget resources for capital and current repairs etc.
