Considerations regarding the foundation solutions in blanked holes

Abstract

In the present work two solutions are presented, about industrialization through mechanization and prefabrication of continuous foundations for the buildings with S + P + 4E. The studied solutions are destined for application in foundation of buildings, with bearing walls, in high-conditions regime. The analyzed infrastructure alternatives consist in its realization with the following elements: lean elements, with antipressing plate, on a tronconic shape, monolith or precast realized using vibro-repouss and big built-up ferro-concrete panels of 16 centimeters-bulk. In order to realize this solutions it is considered the discontinuous lean of elevations on the conoid dormer form with antipressing plate, which represents important technico-echonomical advantages and the possibility of discontinuous lean solution application and also in case of weak surface grounds.

In prezenta lucrare sunt prezentate doua soluţii, legate de industrializare prin mecanizare si prefabricare de fundaţii continue, pentru clădirile cu S + P + 4E. Soluţiile studiate sunt destinate aplicaţiilor de fundaţii de clădiri cu pereţi de susţinere, care funcţionează in regim de condiţii dificile. Alternativele pentru infrastructura studiata constau in realizarea acesteia cu următoarele: elemente de sprijin cu placi antipresiune, de forma tronconica, monoliţi sau preturnate realizate cu vibro-matriţe si panouri prefabricate fier-beton mari. Pentru a realiza aceste soluţii se ia în considerare solicitarea discontinuă a ridicaturilor de pe talpa reazemului cu placi antipresiune, care reprezintă un avantaj important tehnico-economic si posibilitatea de aplicaţii pentru soluţii de solicitare discontinua.

Dans le pressent ouvrage sont deux solution, legs de industrialisation par mécanisation et préfabrication des fondations continuos, pour les bâtiments avec S + P + 4E. Des solutions étudie sont destinée des applications de fondations des bâtiments avec des parois de sottement, lequel fonction en régime des conditions ardu. Les alternatives pour la infrastructure étudie sont la réalisation de celui-ci avec: des éléments de appui avec des dalles anti-pression, de forme tronconique, monolithes or premoulage, réalisée avec vibro-matrice et des panneau pre-fabricante fer-béton. Pour la réalisation de cette solution nous considérons sollicitation discontinue de éminence de mur de appui avec des dalles anti-pression.

В настоящей работе представлены два решения. относящиеся к индустриализации через механизацию и заготовкой сплошных фундаментов для зданий с S + P + 4E. Исследуемые решения предназначены для использо-вания в зданиях с несущими стенами, которые работают в сложных условиях. Альтернативными для изученной инфраструктуры является её реализация с упорными элементами с листами противодавления формы усечённого конуса, монолитные или предварительно литые, выполненными виброматрицами и заготовленными большими железобетонными плитами. Для реализации таких решений принимается во внимание прерывистое нагружение выступов у основания опоры с листами противодавления, которое представляет значительное технико-экономическое преимущество и возможность использования при переменном нагружении, а также при нестабильных площадях
