Consolidarea construcţiilor din beton armat parţial degradate

Abstract

Pentru o bună evoluare a activităţii oricărei ramuri a economiei naţionale este necesar de a organiza activitatea ei în concordanţă cu ultimele realizări şi rezultate ale ştiinţei şi tehnicii mondiale. Aceste condiţii sunt necesare pentru dezvoltarea rapidă a complexului de construcţii din Republica Moldova, deoarece condiţiile de construire şi exploatare a construcţiilor în această zonă sunt specifice.

Republica Moldova este situată într-o zonă cu condiţii climaterice, geologice şi seismice deosebite. Din aceste condiţii fac parte: ciclurile de îngheţ şi dezgheţ frecvente (comparativ cu alte regiuni) pe parcursul unui an de exploatare, tasările şi alunecările de teren, cutremurele de pământ, apele subterane, acţiunea mediilor agresive, solicitări dinamice etc. Din cauza acestor condiţii construcţiile din beton armat degradează cu timpul. Deaceea asigurarea consolidării construcţiilor este o problemă destul de importantă pentru multe construcţii speciale (fundaţii, conducte, pardoseli, poduri, tuneluri, piste, treceri subterane şi supraterane pentru pietoni etc.), edificii şi instalaţii industriale, muzee, clădiri cu multe nivele etc. Tendinţa actuală de construire a multor clădiri (administrative, sociale, speciale, de locuit) cu multe nivele duce la necesitatea consolidării mult mai actuală şi mai dezvoltată. De aceea este necesar de a cerceta anumite materiale, tehnologii şi metode de consolidare mai eficiente din punct de vedere structural şi economic, pentru a soluţiona problema degradării construcţiilor şi a majora termenul de exploatare.

For a good evolution of the activity of any of the branches of national economy, it is necessary to organize its activity in accordance with the latest achievements and results of science and technology. These conditions are necessary to ensure the rapid development of complex constructions in Moldova, since the conditions for the construction or operation of the construction industry in this area is specific.

The Republic of Moldova is situated in an area with climatic conditions, geological and seismic. In these conditions: Frost and thaw cycles (compared to other regions) over a year of operation, tasările and landslides, earthquakes, groundwater, aggressive environments, dynamic requests etc. Because of these conditions of reinforced concrete constructions degrades with time. Therefore ensuring the consolidation of the construction is an important enough issue for many special constructions (foundations, floors, pipes, bridges, tunnels, tracks, underground and above­ ground crossings for pedestrians, etc.), industrial buildings and facilities, museums, buildings with many levels, etc. The current trend in the construction of many buildings (administrative, social, residential, special) with many levels leads to the need to consolidate the present more and more developed. It is therefore necessary to investigate certain materials, technologies and methods of strengthening more efficient structurally and economically, in order to solve the problem of degradation of constructions and to increase the term of exploitation.
