Epurarea apelor uzate de la producerea alcoolului

Abstract

Industria produselor alcoolice şi a băuturilor reprezintă o sursă de formare a deşeurilor. Majoritatea producătorilor nu respectă cerinţele de evacuare şi tratare a produselor secundare provenite, fiind evacuate direct în emisare, cîmpuri, rîuri, etc.. În urma producerii alcoolului se obţin 2 subproduse: apele uzate şi borhotul, un deşeu bogat în substanţe organice (proteine, lipide şi glucide). În Republica Moldova staţiile de prelucrare şi epurare a apelor u zate şi a borhotului sunt colmatate, învechite şi necesită un consum mare de energie. Deaceea, este nevoie ca producătorii să accepte noile tehnologii ecologice integrate de producere a alcoolului din cerile cu valorificarea borhotului în biogaz, energie, combustibili şi în furaje pentru animale (DDGS – ceriale uscate distilate solubile), cît şi utilizarea fracţiei lichide la irigarea culturilor tehnice, fără producerea noilor deşeurilor.

Alcoholic and beverage industry represents nowadays a sourse of wastes. The major part of the manufactories do no respect the general requirement of evacuation and treating the secondary products that are being produced , those are evacuated directly on lands, rivers, etc. In the process of producing alcohol there is obtained 2 substances, used waters and draff, a waste rich in organic substances ( proteins, glucids , lipids). In the Republic of Moldova the stations of processing and expurgation of used waters and draff are outdated and require a huge energy input. Therefore , its vital that the manufactories implement new ecological integral technologies of producing alcohol and transformig the draff in natural gases, energy , fuel and fodder for animals (DDGS- vacuum destilated and dried cerials) , as well as the use of the liquid fraction for the irrigation od technical cultures , without producing new wastes.
