Procedeu de prelucrare a dinţilor modificaţi ai elementelor angrenajului precesional

Abstract

Invenţia se referă la construcţia de maşini, şi în special la prelucrarea roţilor dinţate. Scopul invenţiei este mărirea preciziei şi extinderea posibilităţilor tehnologice prin asigurarea contactului multiplu încontinuu în angrenaj şi obţinerea dinţilor cu curbură diferită a profilului. Scopul formulat este atins prin aceea că sculei i se comunică mişcare oscilatorie în raport cu sistemul de coordonate OXYZ, care este caracterizat de unghiurile Euler θ şi ψ, şi o mişcare suplimentară, traiectoria căreia este descrisă de ecuaţiile, prezentate în revendicări.

The invention relates to the machine building, namely to the gear wheels working. The purpose of the invention consists in increasing of the precision and expansion of technological possibilities at the expense of providing the continuous multipair conjugation of teeth in the machine engagement and obtaining of teeth having different profile curvatures. The given purpose is attained by the fact that the wobbling motion is communicated to the instrument relative to the co-ordinate system OXYZ which is characterized by the Euler angles θ and ϕ the additional motion the trajectory of which is described by equalizations presented in the claim of the invention.
