Evoluţia prestării serviciilor contra plată din sfera socială în Republica Moldova

Abstract

În condiţiile economiei transformatoare o semnificaţie deosebită o capătă problemele regulării dezvoltării serviciilor cu plată în sfera socială ca baze ale formării şi reproducerii potenţialului uman. Fenomenele de criză în economia Moldovei, care au cuprins toate laturile relaţiilor sociale, au adus la schimbările ireversibile ale serviciilor cu plată în sfera socială.

Under the conditions of the transforming economy, the problems of regulation of the development of the paid services in the social sphere acquire a special significance as the bases of formation and reproduction of the human potential. The crisis phenomena in the Moldovan economy that covered all aspects of the social relations have led to the irreversible changes of the paid services of the social sphere.

Aux conditions de l’économie transformatrice, les problèmes de la régulation du développement des services payants dans la sphère sociale revêtent de l’importance particulière comme les bases de la formation et de la reproduction du potentiel humain. Les phénomènes de crise dans l’économie moldave, qu’ont saisi tous les aspects des relations sociales, ont mis aux changes irréversibles des services payants de la sphère sociale.

В условиях трансформирующейся экономики особое значение приобретают проблемы регулирования развития платных услуг социальной сферы как основы формирования и воспроизводства человеческого потенциала. Кризисные явления в молдавской экономике, охватившие все стороны общественных отношений, привели к необратимым изменениям платных услуг социальной сферы.
