Analiza business planului de prestare a serviciilor integrate de către operatorii de telefonie mobilă din Franța

Abstract

În teza de master este analizata situatia interna și externa a întreprinderii Ericsson Telecommunications și elaborat Business-plan-ul de prestare a serviciilor de integrare pentru operatorii de telefonie mobila din Franta. În capitolul 1 este prezentata tehnica elaborarii Business-planului. Capitolul 2 sintetizează datele referitoare la rezultatele analizei proiectului propus, strategiile organizatorice ale întreprinderii, particularitatile afacerii, analiza pietei, strategiile posibile ale firmelor-concurente, analiza riscurilor. În capitolul 3 se prezinta prognozele financiare fiind însoțite de calcule care justifica eficienta proiectului propus.

In the master thesis is examined the internal and external situation of Ericsson Telecommunications company and is elaborated the business plan for the provisioning of integration services for mobile operators in France. Chapter 1 presents the Business Plan elaboration technique. Chapter 2 summarizes the data on the results of the proposed project analysis, company organizational strategies, business particularities, market analysis, possible strategies of competing firms, risk analysis. In Chapter 3 is presented the financial forecasts that are accompanied by calculation that justify the effectiveness of the proposed project
