Cercetarea posibilităţilor de acces la credite bancare a agenţilor economici din sectorul agricol din ţările est-europene

Abstract

Articolul prezintă o analiză comparativă a accesului la creditele bancare a agenţilor economici din sectorul agricol în ţările est-europene. În special au fost analizaţi următorii indicatori: numărul de documente necesare, timpul necesar pentru acordarea creditului, volumul creditului, termenul de acordare a creditului, rata dobânzii, perioada de graţie şi mărimea gajului.

The article presents a comparative analysis of the access to banking loans for the agricultural sector economic agents from east-european countries. Especially there were analyzed the following indicators: number of necessary documents, time necessary to receive the loan, the amount of the loan, period for granting a loan, interest rate and pledge value.

L’article présente une analyse comparatif d’accès aux crédits bancaires des agents économiques du secteur agricole dans les pays est-européenne. En spécial ont été analyser les indicateurs suivantes: le nombre des documents nécessaire pour octroyer un crédits bancaire, le temps nécessaire pour accorder un crédit d’une banque aux agents économiques, le volume maximale du crédits, le taux et le montant des garanties.

Статья представляет собой сравнительный анализ доступности банковских кредитов экономическим агентам аграрного сектора в странах восточной Европы. В особенности были проанализированы следующие показатели: количество необходимых документов, время необходимое для выдачи кредита, сумма кредита, сроки предоставления кредита, процентная ставка по кредиту, величина льготного периода и размер залога.
