dc.description.abstract | In the modern sense of the term, “town” is equipped as a potential, a living organism that is in development. Level of development is determined by a number of functions that interact in it, and is reflected in the notion of “urban structure”. Their own interaction strength and range of services provided and determine the scope of “city” as a strong urban hub, plays a huge role in the allocation system. A special role is assigned to residential building complexes. Because residential blocks have become the background for systematic collection in the future and absolutely enormous mass forming time residential fund in the future will require reconstruction. Regarding public buildings, they become urban centers of residential neighborhoods, able to satisfy the need of contemporary people. | en_US |
