Aspecte teoretice ale fenomenelor de transfer în procesele de uscare

Abstract

În lucrare este prezentată revista bibliografică a noţiunilor teoretice ale proceselor de transfer de masă şi de căldură la uscare. Studiul prezentat se axează pe teoriile savanţilor în acest domeniu ca L. Onsanger şi A. Lîcov. Autorul indică la valoarea teoretică şi aplicativă atât a principiilor de linearitate şi de reversibilitate ale lui Onsanger, cît şi a ecuaţiilor diferenţiale ale transferului de masă şi de căldură elaborate de A. Lîcov. În lucrarea şunt prezente şi unele critic ale teoriilor existente expuse de alţi autori, dar după cum se menţionează, ele nu diminuează valoarea acestora, ci le completează.

In this work is presented literature review of the theoretical concepts of mass transfer and heat during the drying process: The study presented is based on theories of the scientists who have activated in this area as L. Onsanger and A. Lîcov. The author tells the theoretical value and application of the principles of linearity and reversibility of Onsanger and differential equations of mass transfer and heat produced by A. Lîcov. In the work are presented and some critics of the existing theories incurred by other authors, but as mentioned, they do not diminish the scientific value of it, but complete it.

Dans le présent travail est présentée la revue bibliographique des notions théorétiques de transfert de masse et chaleur pendant le processus de séchage: L’étude présenté est basé sur les théories des savants qui ont activé dans ce domaine comme L. Onsanger et A. Lîcov. L’auteur indique à la valeur théorétique et applicative les principes de linéarité et de réversibilité d’Onsanger et les équations différentielles du transfert de masse et de chaleur élaborées de A. Lîcov.

В работе приведён анализ основных теоретических понятий массового и теплового переносного процесса при сушки. Исследования основаны на теориях ученных в данной области, таких как Л. Онсанжер и А. Лыков. Автор указывает на теоретическое и прикладное значение как принципов линейности и обратимости Осанжера, так и дифференциальных уравнений массового и теплового переносного процесса разработанных Лыковым. В работе представлены некоторые критические аспекты известных теорий других авторов, которые дополняют их.
