dc.description.abstract | The present work reports on characterization of transferable one-dimensional (1-D) ZnO nanorods. Also, gas sensing investigations show that obtained single ZnO nanorod –based sensor posses a good selectivity and sensitivity to hydrogen gas. Doped 1-D – ZnO nanorod could possibly be used as a building unit in selective gas sensor opening opportunities for the fabrication of multifunctional nanodevices. | en_US |
