Accepţiuni ale conceptului de risc în activitatea de antreprenoriat

Abstract

Orice întreprindere ce tinde să se înscrie în exigențele economiei de piață, indiferent de profilul deactivitate, forma juridică, dimensiunea şi spațiul socioeconomic în care activează, este nevoită să se adapteze permanent la situațiile riscante, care pot apărea atât în activitatea curentă, cât şi în cea de perspectivă. Astfel, problema evaluării și managementului riscurilor are o importanță semnificativă în domeniul teoriei și practicii manageriale, planificării și controlului intern al întreprinderii. Studiul diverselor abordări ale noțiunii „risc” se caracterizează printr-o varietate destul de mare a definițiilor cu caracter teoretic şi aplicativ. Fără o înțelegere justificată a esenței riscului, este imposibil a formula unele recomandări de analiză şi evidență a acestuia în activitatea de antreprenoriat. În prezenta lucrare, este elaborat, aprobat şi propus spre utilizare un nou concept al noțiunii de risc în activitatea de antreprenoriat, generat de intenția de a majora eficacitatea întregului proces în domeniu. Prezența acestor aspecte ale investigației științifice atribuie articolului originalitate şi actualitate.

Every enterprise tending to meet the demands of the market economy, irrespective of the activity profile, legal form, dimension and socio-economic space where it activates, has to adapt all the time to the risky situations likely to appear both in the current activity, and in the perspective one. Thus, the problem of the risks evaluation and management has a significant importance in the field of the management theory and practice, internal planning and control of the enterprise. The study of different approaches regarding the “risk” concept is characterised by a large variety of theoretical and applicative definitions. It is impossible to formulate some recommendations of risk analysis or/and assessment in entrepreneurial activity without knowing the justified essence of risk concept. In the work hereby, a new concept of risk in entrepreneurial activity has been elaborated, approved and proposed for use, generated by the intent to increase the efficacy of the whole process in the field. The presence of these aspects of scientific investigation gives the article originality and update.
