dc.description.abstract	This article is dedicated to the analysis of the legal nature of the contract of pledge, its essence as a means to guarantee performance of the obligations, as well as a real right. The author exposes the effects of the conclusion of the pledge - rights which the creditor obtained after pledging conclusion - the right of prosecution, the right to claim, the right of reference and the purpose of the pledge, which aims to increase safety creditor that the requirement will be enforced.	en_US
