dc.description.abstract	În prezenta lucrare ne-am propus să expunem unele rezultate despre prepararea monocristalelor ZnxIn2S3+x. Se descriu condiţiile şi parametrii de creştere pe baza instalaţiei SDO cu stabilizator de temperatură "Repid". Se prezintă rezultatele analizei structurale cu raze X a reţelei cristaline a trei politipi de Zn2In2S4 şi a analogilor lor.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	The paper presents some results about preparation of ZnxIn2S3+x monocrystals. The conditions and parameters of growing on the base of installation SDO with the temperature stabilizer „Repid” are described. The X rays results of structural analyses of crystalline structure of three polytypes of Zn2In2S4 are presented.	en
dc.description.abstract	Dan cet article nous avons proposé d'analyser certains résultats conservant la préparation des monocristaux ZnxIn2S3+x. On décrive les conditions et paramètres d'obtention en utilisant l'installation SDO avec stabilisateur de température „Rapid”.
