dc.description.abstract | Diodele electroluminescente albe (WLEDs) de putere sunt candidate ideale pentru iluminatul public, întrucât ele au înregistrat în ultima vreme o fiabilitate şi o durabilitate în creştere, în cele mai diverse aplicaţii; ele sunt alcătuite din elemente care nu poluează mediul ambiental. Diodele albe de putere pot fi realizate combinând fosforul cu cipul. În articol sunt descrise progresele recente în domeniile degradării, încapsulării şi fiabilităţii acestor dispozitive. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are excellent candidates for general lighting because of their rapidly improving efficiency, durability, and reliability, their usability in various products, and their environmentally friendly constituents. Effective power white lighting diodes (WLEDs) can be realized by combining one or more phosphor materials with chips. The paper describes recent progress in our understanding of degradation, reliability and packaging of such devices. | en |
