Analiza cauzelor incendiilor de pădure și organizarea intervențiilor pentru lichidarea lor

Abstract

Teza de master urmărește scopul stabilirii cauzelor principale care conduc la declanșarea incendiilor de pădure, natura surselor de aprindere și modul de manifestare a acestora și organizarea acțiunilor de intervenție în cazul acestor dezastre cu impact negativ deosebit asupra mediului ambiant și asupra sănătății oamenilor, în rezultatul poluării atmosferei cu produsele arderii.

Capitolul 1 „Rolul pădurii în viața biosferei terestre”. În capitol se face referire la importanța pădurilor pentru viața tuturor organizmelor care populează biosfera planetară. Pădurile îndeplinesc un șir de funcții benefice pentru societatea umană, și anume: ameliorează clima, protejează acumulările de apă, solul de eroziune, stabilizează terenurile, prevenind alunecările, purifică aerul de dioxidul de carbon și restabilește oxigenul atmosferic, consumat în exces de societatea umană.

Capitolul 2 „Caracteristica incendiilor de pădure”. Conținutul capitolului definește elementele determinante principale ale incendiilor de pădure, precum și factorii de risc de diversă natură care favorizează declanșarea și dezvoltarea incendiilor de pădure.

Capitolul 3 „Organizarea intervenției și stingerea incendiilor de pădure”. Se descriu strategia și principiile tactice ale intervenției, metodele și substanțele utilizate pentru localizarea și stingerea incendiilor de pădure, precum și urmările negative ale incendiilor de pădure. Tot aici sunt prezentate măsurile de securitate la stingerea incendiilor de pădure.

În baza materialelor lucrării sunt prezentate concluziile referitoare la măsurile de protecție a pădurilor împotriva incendiilor, viziunea proprie asupra acțiunilor de intervenție pentru stingerea cât mai eficientă a incendiilor de diferite tipuri și restabilirea pădurilor afectate de incendiu.

The masters thesis aims to establish the main causes that lead to forest fires, the nature of sources of ignition and their manifestation and the organization of interventions in case of these disasters with a significant negative impact on the environment and human health as a result of pollution atmosphere with the products of combustion.

Chapter 1 „ The role of the forest in the life of the terrestrial biosphere”. The chapter refers to the importance of forests for the life of all organisms that populate the planet's biosphere. Forests perform a number of beneficial functions for human society, namely: improving the climate, protecting water accumulations, soil erosion, stabilizing land, preventing landslides, purifying the air of carbon dioxide and restoring atmospheric oxygen, consumed in excess by human society.

Chapter 2 „The characteristic of forest fires”. The content of the chapter defines the main determinants of forest fires, as well as the risk factors of various kinds that favor the initiation and development of forest fires.

Chapter 3 „Organizing the intervention and extinguishing forest fires” It describes the strategy and tactical principles of the intervention, the methods and substances used to locate and extinguish forest fires, as well as the negative consequences of forest fires. Based on the materials of the paper, the conclusions regarding the forest protection measures against fires, the own vision on the intervention actions for the most efficient extinguishing of the fires of different types and the restoration of the forests affected by the fire are presented.
