Analiza și managementul riscurilor de explozie-incendiu la păstrarea și manipularea produselor petroliere

Abstract

Tema analizată în teza de master urmărește scopul evidențierii riscurilor legate de depozitarea, transportarea și utilizarea produselor petroliere. Scopul urmărit în lucrare este analiza cauzelor care au provocat și pot provoca în continuare explozii și incendii catastrofale la întreprinderile de prelucrare și la bazele de păstrare a produselor petroliere. A stabili factorii influenți asupra fenomenelor care au loc în cazul incendiilor la rezervoarele cu diverse produse petroliere în timpul operaților de manipulare a acestor produse, precum și natura incendiilor care se pot declanșa. Pe baza studiului și a analizelor efectuate de propus măsuri de prevenire a incendiilor și exploziilor de produse petroliere în timpul păstrării, transportării și utilizării acestora în diferite domenii.

Capitolul 1 „Petrolul – sursă de energie și materii prime industriale”. Aici sunt caracterizate zăcămintele de petrol și procesul de formare a acestora, procedeele de explorare a acestor zăcăminte și prelucrarea ulterioară a petrolului brut pentru căpătarea diferitelor fracțiuni (produse petroliere) utilizate în calitate de combustibil de toate tipurile de transporturi cu motoare cu ardere internă.

Capitolul 2 „Analiza pericolului de incendiu la depozitarea și manipularea produselor petroliere”. Se referă la analiza tipurilor de baze petroliere și a operațiilor principale care se desfășoară încadrul acestora, precum și la managementul riscului de explozii și incendii la parcurile de rezervoare și în timpul operațiilor de încărcare-descărcare și transportare a produselor petroliere.

Capitolul 3 „Managementul riscurilor de incendiu la bazele petroliere”. Sunt prezentate scenariile posibilelor avarii și incendii la parcurile de rezervoare,c ategoriile incendiilor de produse petroliere, caracteristica acestora și organizarea intervenției pentru stingerea incendiului

În baza analizei și a materialelor lucrării sunt prezentate concluziile referitoare la pericolul potențial de explozii și incendii al produselor petroliere la etapele de prelucrare, păstrare, transportare și utilizare a acestora în diverse scopuri.

The topic analyzed in the master's thesis aims to highlight the risks related to the storage, transportation and use of petroleum products. The aim of the paper is to analyze the causes that have caused and may continue to cause catastrophic explosions and fires at oil processing plants and storage facilities. Determine the factors influencing the phenomena that occur in the case of fires in tanks with various petroleum products during the operations of handling these products, as well as the nature of fires that can be triggered. Based on the study and analysis of the proposed measures to prevent fires and explosions of petroleum products during storage, transportation and use in various fields.

Chapter 1 “Oil – a source of energy and industrial raw materials". Here are characterized the oil fields and their formation process, the processes of exploration of these deposits and the subsequent processing of crude oil to acquire the various fractions (petroleum products) used as fuel for all types of transport with internal combustion engines.

Chapter 2 “Fire hazard analysis for storage and handling of petroleum products". It refers to the analysis of the types of oil bases and the main operations that take place within them, as well as the management of the risk of explosions and fires at the tank fleets and during the loading-unloading and transport operations of petroleum products.

Chapter 3 “Oil Risk Management”. The scenarios of the possible damages and fires at the tank parks, the categories of the fires of petroleum products, their characteristic and the organization of the intervention for extinguishing the fire are presented. Based on the analysis and materials of the paper, the conclusions regarding the potential danger of explosions and fires of petroleum products at the stages of processing, storage, transportation and use for various purposes are presented.
