Studiul privin fezabilitatea reabilitării tehnice a unei clădiri cu destinație sală de sport și educație fizică

Abstract

În lucrarea dată s-a analizat materiale analogice ce ține de reconstrucțiile si consolidarea construcților vechi, care din motive sociale, economic a fost sistată activitatea în construcțiile date fiind neconservate și lăsate în timp. La bază servește teoria generală de calcul a construcțiilor.

Cercetarea este efectuată asupra unei cladiri vechi existente construită în anul 1960, fără a lua în considerație regiuni seismice conform normelor actuale. S-a verificat prin calcul starea de eforturi şi deformații a elementelor structurale pentru situația inițială şi pentru situația de după conversie. În vederea consemnării caracteristicilor materialelor din structura existentă utilizate la calculul capacităţii elementelor structurale, la verificarea acestora în raport cu cerinţele, valorile medii obţinute prin teste in SCAD.

Teza este compusă din introducere, 3 capitole, concluzii, bibliografie și o anexă. Lucrarea conține 40 pagini. Bibliografia constă din 20 surse de referință. Anexa tezei de master cuprinde 5 pagini. În cadrul anexei sunt reprezentate rezultatele calculelor în SCAD, care se referă la studiile de caz.

In this paper we analyzed analogous materials related to the reconstructions and consolidation of old buildings, which for social and economic reasons, the activity was stopped in the given constructions being unconserved and left in time. It is based on the general theory of building calculus.

The research is being carried out on an existing old building built in 1960, without taking into account seismic regions according to current regulations. The calculation of the stresses and strains of the structural elements for the initial situation and for the post-conversion situation was verified by calculation. In order to record the characteristics of the materials from the existing structure used to calculate the capacity of the structural elements, to verify them in relation to the requirements, the average values obtained by tests in SCAD.

The thesis consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions, a bibliography and an appendix. The paper contains 40 pages. The bibliography consists of 20 reference sources. The annex of the master's thesis contains 5 pages. The results of the calculations in the SCAD, which refer to the case studies, are represented in the appendix.
