Expedițiile etnografice și importanța lor în dezvoltarea artizanatului din RSS Moldovenească

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to reflect the importance of the ethnographic expeditions for the development of artisanship and to describe the authentic pieces, reiterating the necessity of ethnological expeditions and field research and completing the contemporary study methods. We have examined the textiles and clothing items identified based on the ethnographic expeditions conducted from 1906–1989, and which became a valuable source of study for today’s researchers. For the first time, in the scientific circuit was introduced unique information, regarding the ethnographic expeditions organized by the collaborators of the Association of Popular Artistic Crafts “Artizana” (factory ”Artizana”, founded in 1967), who have documented authentic pieces in the northern, central and southern areas of Moldavian SSR. The heritage pieces, documented by the collaborators of the Association “Artizana”, have become an important source of study for subjects such as work technique, decorative motifs used in ornamenting textile and clothing items, chromatic scale, items’ functionality, offering the opportunity to reconstruct this important part of the people’s daily life.

În articol este abordată importanța expedițiilor etnografice și descrierii pieselor autentice pentru dezvoltarea artizanatului, fiind reiterată necesitatea expedițiilor etnologice și a cercetărilor de teren prin completarea metodelor contemporane de studiu. Au fost examinate piesele textile, articolele identificate în baza expedițiilor etnografice desfășurate în perioada anilor 1906–1989 și devenite o sursă valoroasă de studiu pentru cercetătorii de azi. În premieră, au fost introduse în circuitul științific informații inedite privind expedițiile etnografice organizate de colaboratorii Asociației Meșteșugurilor Artistice Populare „Artizana” (Fabrica „Artizana”, fondată la Chișinău în anul 1967), care au identificat piese autentice în zonele de Nord, Centru și Sud ale RSS Moldovenești. Piesele de patrimoniu documentate de colaboratorii Asociației „Artizana” au devenit o sursă importantă de cercetare la capitolul tehnica de lucru, motivele decorative folosite în ornamentarea pieselor textile și vestimentare, gama cromatică, funcția articolelor, oferindu-ne posibilitatea de a reconstitui acest segment important în viața cotidiană a populației.
