Dezvoltarea sistemului electronic de alegeri (e-voting), prin implementarea tehnologiei blockchain pentru securizarea datelor

Abstract

Domeniul de studiu al lucrării reprezintă alegerile din Republica Moldova și electronizarea acestora.

Scopul acestei lucrări a fost stabilit de a dezvolta un sistem care va respecta mai multe aspecte ce ține de ușurința expunerii deciziei, securitatea datelor circulante în procesul de alegeri și infrastructură ce nu va permite fraudalizare a alegerilor.

Obiectivele lucrării sunt compuse din: studierea situației actuale despre sistemele de alegeri utilizate în Republica Moldova; studierea problemei din cadrul sistemelor utilizate; analiza mai multor soluții ce ar putea rezolva problema, bazându-ne pe experiența altor țări; stabilirea soluției și a procesului de dezvoltare; implementarea soluției și a nivelelor de securitate.

Valoarea teoretică a lucrării constă în analiza situației actuale a sistemelor de alegeri din Republica Moldova. Prin urmare, în urma analizei, determinarea problemei de bază și studierea soluțiilor posibile. Soluția aleasă implică analiza tehnologiilor actuale ce permit dezvoltarea unui sistem electronic de alegeri.

Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării constă în aplicarea rezultatelor studiului în funcționalitatea unui sistem electronic de alegeri. Sistemul final reprezintă un sistem intuitiv și ușor de utilizat pentru toți utilizatorii. La fel acesta este unul securizat datorită tehnologii blockchain și a algoritmului arborelui Merkle.

The study domain represents the elections in the Republic of Moldova and their electronicization.

The purpose of this thesis is to develop a system that will respect several aspects related to the ease of presentation of the decision, the data security used in the election process and infrastructure that will not allow election fraud.

The objectives of the thesis are composed of: studying the current situation about the election systems used in the Republic of Moldova; studying the problem within the systems used; analysis of several solutions that could solve the problem, based on the experience of other countries; establishing the solution and the development process; implementation of the solution and security levels.

The theoretical value of the thesis consists in the analysis of the current situation of the election systems in the Republic of Moldova. Therefore, following the analysis, determining the basic problem and studying possible solutions. The chosen solution involves the analysis of current technologies that allow the development of an electronic election system.

The practical value of the paper consists in applying the results of the study in the functionality of an electronic election system. The final system is an intuitive and easy to use system for all users. It is also secure because of blockchain technology and the Merkle tree algorithm.
