Statutul juridic al Monumentelor de Istorie şi Cultură din Republica Moldova

Abstract

Problematica studiului constă în fundamentarea ştiinţifică a statutului juridic al monumentelor de istorie şi cultură din Republica Moldova. Studierea şi determinarea rolului monumentelor de istorie şi cultură şi impactul pozitiv al acestora asupra societăţii este punctul de pornire în prezenta cercetare. Cunoaşterea aprofundată a procesului de instituire a monumentelor, în viziunea autorului, presupune a fi un proces complex, care necesită o atenţie deosebită şi o analiză aprofundată.

The issue of the study consists in the scientific substantiation of the legal status of the monuments of history and culture in the Republic of Moldova. Studying and determining the role of historical and cultural monuments and their positive impact on society is the starting point in this research. The in-depth knowledge of the process of establishing the monuments, in the author's view, presupposes to be a complex process, which requires a special attention and an in depth analysis
