Abstract

Analiza teoretică şi legislativă a autorităţilor, instituţiilor şi organismelor cu atribuţii în protejarea patrimoniului cultural construit; cercetarea conceptului şi tipologiei autorităţilor administrative cu atribuţii în protejarea patrimoniului cultural construit; determinarea conceptului şi tipologiilor instituţiilor cu atribuţii în protejarea patrimoniului cultural construit; identificarea conceptului şi tipologiilor organismelor de specialitate cu atribuţii în protejarea patrimoniului cultural construit; abordarea teoretică a autorităţilor, instituţiilor şi organismelor cu atribuţii în protejarea patrimoniului cultural construit al altor state străine; stabilirea concluziilor finale.
