Producerea articolelor ceramice efective de construcții

Abstract

Prezenta teză de master a fost elaborată în conformitate cu prevederile HG Nr. 360 din 10-04- 2000 cu privire la aprobarea Strategiei energetice a Republicii Moldova, publicată: 20-04-2000 în Monitorul Oficial Nr. 42-44 art. 443. În lucrare sunt examinate metodele de producere a materialelor ceramice termo-eficiente. Sunt descrise tehnologiile de preparare a materiilor prime, necesare pentru producerea acestor materiale. Prezenta lucrare descrie metodele de producere a materialelor ceramice termo-eficiente, de rezistenţă pentru zidării și panouri. Este descris utilajul tehnologic pentru producerea articolelor ceramice termo-eficiente și principiul de funcționare a lui. În urma studiilor efectuate s-a ajuns la concluzia, că folosirea blocurilor ceramice cu goluri este eficientă pentru realizarea construcţiilor. Construcţiile realizate din aceste blocuri posedă indicii termotehnici superiori construcţiilor executate din cărămida tradiţională sau beton obişnuit.

This master's thesis has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision No. 360 of 10-04-2000, on approving the Energy Strategy of the Republic of Moldova, published: 20-04-2000 in the Official Gazette no. 42-44, Art. 443. The paper examines the methods of producing thermally efficient ceramic products. It describes the technologies applied in preparing the raw materials needed to produce such products, as well as the methods of producing highly resistant and thermally efficient ceramic products, to be used for masonry and panels. The work also looks into the types of technological equipment for the production of thermally efficient ceramic products and its operating principles. As a result of the studies carried out, it was concluded that the use of hollow ceramic blocks is efficient for construction. The constructions made of these blocks possess thermo-technical indices superior to the constructions made of traditional brick or ordinary concrete.
