Metode de analiză utilizate în evidența automatizată a serviciilor de recrutare și determinare a costurilor suportate de companiile IT

Abstract

Domeniul de studiu reрrezintă îmbinarea tehnologiilor informaționale cu gestionarea ofertelor de muncă, în mod sрecial oрtimizarea timрului și a birocrației din Reрublica Moldova pentru joburile ocazionale. Scopul lucrării este de a cerceta metodele de analiză utilizate în evidenţa automatizată a serviciilor de recrutare prin identificarea costurilor suportate de companiile IT în executarea acestui serviciu. Obiectivul lucrării este cercetarea metodelor de analiză şi realizare a unui sistem informatic specific mediului de afaceri în evidenţa serviciilor de recrutare, stabilirea metodelor de implementare a elementelor unui sistem informatic în concordanță cu obiectivele identificate, conceperea și implementarea celor mai eficiente soluții tehnice de transmitere a datelor între componentele sistemului informatic.

The field of study is the combination of information technologies with the management of job offers, especially the optimization of time and bureaucracy in the Republic of Moldova for occasional jobs. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the methods of analysis used in automated records of recruitment services by identifying the costs incurred by IT companies in performing this service. The objective of the paper is to research the methods of analysis and implementation of an informatics system specific to the business environment in the records of recruitment services, establishing methods for implementing the elements of an informatics system in accordance with identified objectives, designing and implementing the most efficient technical solutions. between the components of the computer system.
