Abstract

Scopul invenției constă în aplicarea procedeului de uscare în strat suspendat cu pentru produsele granulare umede cu aplicarea microundelor, și optimizarea duratei de tratare termică a particulelor de produs. Procedeul de uscare a produselor granulare în strat suspendat cu aplicarea microundelor asigură o calitate înaltă a produsului uscat, datorită auto separării lui din zona de tratare termică. Totodată aplicînd metoda dată, scade considerabil durata de tratare termică a produsului, și crește uniformitatea uscării acestuia.

The object of the invention is to apply the suspended layer drying process to wet granular products with the application of microwaves, and to optimize the heat treatment time of the product particles. The process of drying granular products in a suspended layer with the application of microwaves ensures a high quality of the dry product, due to its self-separation from the heat treatment area. At the same time, applying the given method, considerably decreases the heat treatment time of the product, and increases its drying uniformity.
