Studiu privind consolidarea clădirilor cu destinație specială

Abstract

În lucrarea dată se studiază problema consolidării construcțiilor din beton armat, prin prezentarea de bază a metodelor de consolidare. La fel, se abordează aspectele despre factorii și cauzele de apariție a defectelor în construcțiile industriale și civile, metodele de remediere ale acestora. Cercetarea este efectuată pe baza unui studiu de caz, bazat pe date reale, prin evaluarea unei stații de pompare și a construcției aferente acesteia. Astfel, se prezintă listele de defecte și metodele de consolidare propuse în limita documentelor normative enunțate. Ulterior, se înaintează calculul consolidării stației de pompare, executat în trei etape, folosind programul aplicativ StructureCAD.

Teza este compusă din introducere, 4 capitole, concluzii, bibliografie și două anexe. Lucrarea conține 64 pagini (fără anexe), 27 figuri și 9 tabele. Bibliografia constă din 36 surse de referință. Anexele tezei de master însumează 30 pagini. În cadrul anexei sunt reprezentate rezultatele evaluării tehnice a construcției, și rezultatele calcului de consolidare care se referă la studiile de caz.

In this study, the problem of strengthening reinforced concrete constructions is studied, by presenting the basic methods of strengthening. In the same way, are discussed the factors and causes of the appearance of defects in industrial and civil constructions, their remedial methods. The research is based on a case study, based on real data, of a pumping station and its attached construction. Thus, the lists of defects and the proposed consolidation methods are presented within the limits of the stated normative documents. Subsequently, the calculation of the pumping station consolidation is carried out, performed in three stages, using the application program ScadStructure.

The thesis is composed of introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions, bibliography and two annexes. The work contains 64 pages (without annexes), 27 figures and 9 tables. The bibliography consists of 36 reference sources. The annexes of the master's thesis comprise 30 pages. The annex presents the results of the technical evaluation of the construction, and the results of the consolidation calculation that refer to the case studies.
