Studierea pericolului de incendiu a construcțiilor neautorizate

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: studiul securității la incendiu a construcțiilor neautorizate și elaborarea recomandărilor necesare pentru redresarea situației. În ultima perioadă, pe întreg teritoriul Republicii Moldova, se înregistrează activitatea unor persoane fizice și juridice ce execută lucrări de construcție, la obiective existente. Ca rezultat al activității acestora au fost stabilite careva abateri de la regulile și normele de protecție împotriva incendiilor, ce pot afecta sănătatea și viața peroanelor ce se află în interiorul acestora. Totodată, a fost evaluat riscul de izbucnire a unui eventual incendiu, precum și analizate unele incendii produse la blocurile de locuit, ce au la etajele superioare etaje tip mansardă.

Analiza edificiilor existente și elaborarea unor măsuri au fost efectuate calcule ale unei construcții aferent, caracteristice pentru edificiile constructe în mun. Chișinău, analizate manifestări ocazionale localizate, elaborat un sistem informațional, precum și elaborate careva recomandări.

Analiza rolului şi atribuțiile instituțiilor statului și evaluarea riscului de izbucnire a unui eventual incendiu fiind activitatea necesară spre îmbunătățirea domeniului vizat.

The purpose of the work: the study of fire safety of unauthorized constructions and the development of the necessary recommendations to rectify the situation. Recently, on the entire territory of the Republic of Moldova, the activity of natural and legal persons carrying out construction works, at existing objectives. As a result of their activity, some deviations from the rules and norms of fire protection were established, which can affect the health and life of the platforms inside them.

At the same time, the risk of a possible fire outbreak was assessed, as well as some fires produced in residential blocks, which have attic floors on the upper floors, were analyzed.

The analysis of the existing buildings and the elaboration of some measures, calculations of a related construction, characteristic for the buildings built in the municipality of Chisinau, were analyzed, occasional localized manifestations were analyzed, an information system was developed, as well as some recommendations were developed.

Analysis of the role and attributions of state institutions and the assessment of the risk of an eventual fire outbreak being the necessary activity to improve the targeted area.
