Abstract

Proiectul de licenta reprezinta un edificiu comercial de proportii medii care are ca scop sa imbunatateasca zona din punct de vedere a acesibilitatii populatiei la comert, cit si pentru dezvoltarea business-ului.

Acest proiect contine 7 capitole, fiecare fiind alcatuit din partea grafica si memoriu explicativ care la rinduol sau prezinta descriirea cu amanunt a executarii proiectului, cheltuielilor pentru executie, manopera, necesitatea utilajului necesar si reguli de securitate care corespund normativelor in vigoare in constructii. Partea grafica este reprezentată pe 12 planșe format A1 și memoriu explicativ pe format A4.

The license project represents a medium-sized commercial building that aims to improve the area from the point of view of the population's accessibility to trade, as well as for business development.

This project contains 7 chapters, each of which is made up of graphics and an explanatory memorandum which presents a detailed description of the execution of the project, the costs for execution,workmanship, the necessary equipment and safety rules that correspond to the norms in force in construction. The graphic part is represented on 12 panels in A1 format and explanatory memory in A4 format.
