Clădirea «Casei de creație» situată pe strada Lenina 158a, municipiul Comrat

Abstract

Clădirea proiectată satisface necesitatea strigentă a copiilor din regiune de a avea un centru în care să fie practicate cele mai frumoase arte cum ar fi dansul, pictura, brodatul, muzica.Scopul principal al construcției este de a oferi șansa tinerilor gagauzi să aibă un centru care să fie un conglomerat artistic, care pe vitor să poată asigura dezvoltarea acestora, și posibilitatea de a a organiza diferite concursuri cu copii din alte regiuni, țări.

Clădirea proiectată este o clădire civilă de menire publică, în forma unui poligon, cu dimensun între axe 25,95m x13,55m. Structura de rezistență este soluționată prin fundație continuă , de suprafață, din beton armat monolit,schelte din beton armat monolit . Compratimentarea exterioară este realizată din blocuri celulare autoclavizate, cu grosimea de 240 mm, și ferestre, uși din PVC iar cea interioară din BCA cu grosimea de 100 mmproiectul de licență este elaborat în confomitate cu cu exigențele normative din Republica Moldova, și este compus din memoriu explicativ și partea grafică.Memoriul explicativ e compus din 7 capitole, cpnclizii,bibliografie și anexe, iar partea grafică este compusă din 12 coli A1.

The designed building meets the urgent need of children in the region to have a center where the most beautiful arts such as dance, painting, embroidery, music can be practiced. The main purpose of the construction is to give the young Gagauzians the chance to have a center that to be an artistic conglomerate, which in the future can ensure their development, and the possibility of organizing different competitions with children from other regions, countries.

The designed building is a civil building of public use, in the form of a polygon, with dimensions between axes 25.95m x13.55m. The resistance structure is solved by a continuous, surface foundation, made of monolithic reinforced concrete, scaffolding made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The exterior cladding is made of autoclaved cellular blocks, with a thickness of 240 mm, and windows, doors of PVC and the interior of BCA with a thickness of 100 mm, the license project is developed in accordance with the normative requirements of the Republic of Moldova, and is composed of explanatory and the graphic part. The explanatory report is composed of 7 chapters, appendices, bibliography and annexes, and the graphic part is composed of 12 A1 sheets.
