Executarea lucrărilor cadastrale de înregistrare masivă, satul Popeştii de Sus raionul Drochia

Abstract

В ходе написания дипломной работы было изучено много информация, относящейся к процессу массовой первичной регистрации, которая проводится на территории Республике Молдова. Главный вопрос заключался в том какова цель данных работ? И ответ оказался следующим: в Республике Молдова все еще много населенных пунктов, в которых жители не обладают правом собственности на домохозяйства, в которых живут, и по этой причине многие граждане не могут продать или подарить свое имущество, и поэтому в нашей стране на протяжение нескольких лет ведется Государственная программа по созданию кадастра недвижимого имущества, которая, среди прочего, обеспечивает возможность бесплатно оформить права собственности.

В данной дипломной работе был изучен и рассмотрен поэтапный процесс массовой регистрации недвижимого имущества, начиная с изучения данных предоставленных примарией и завершая регистрацией и выдачей титулов.

Главной целью работы было: идентификация объектов, их описание, оценка недвижимости и дальнейшая их регистрация. Все переменные между собой взаимосвязаны и их нельзя отделять одно от другого.

В ходе выполнения работы были затронуты правовые, технические, экономические, институциональные и социальные аспектов кадастра.

Была поставлена задача изучить процесс поэтапно проведения массовых работ для первичной регистрации недвижимости.

Для написания работы надо было много работать с данными предоставленными примарией и исполнителем массовых работ. Для обработки графической части было задействовано программное обеспечение MapInfo, а также работали с Geoportal и с регистром.

Процесс работы над дипломной работой помог личному саморазвитию и закрипил знания полученные за годы учебы. Смог эффективно применить на практике полученные данные и программные обеспечения и смог более детально узнать о специфике моей будущей профессии.

Pe parcursul elaborării tezei de licență au fost studiate o multitudine de informații legate de procesul de înregistrare primară în masă, care se desfășoară pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova.

Întrebarea de bază a fost - Care este scopul acestei lucrări? Și răspunsul s-a dovedit a fi următorul: în Republica Moldova există multe așezări în care locuitorii nu au dreptul de a deține gospodăriile în care locuiesc, ca urmare, mulți cetățeni nu își pot vinde sau dona proprietățile. Astfel de-a lungul anilor ,Programul de stat este în derulare ,pentru crearea unui cadastru imobiliar, care, printre altele, oferă posibilitatea de a înregistra în mod gratuit drepturile de proprietate.

În această teză a fost studiat și luat în considerare procesul etapizat de înregistrare în masă a bunurilor imobile, începând cu studierea datelor furnizate de primărie și terminând cu înregistrarea și eliberarea titlurilor.

Scopul principal al lucrării a fost: identificarea și descrierea obiectelor, evaluarea imobilelor și înregistrarea ulterioară a acestora. Toate variabilele sunt interconectate și nu pot fi separate una de alta.

În cursul lucrării au fost cercetate aspectele juridice, tehnice, economice, instituționale și sociale ale cadastrului.

Sarcina lucrării a fost de a studia procesul de realizare etapă cu etapă a lucrărilor în masă pentru registrul primar al bunurilor imobiliare.

Pentru a scrie lucrarea a fost nevoie să analizăm datele furnizate de primărie și de executantul lucrărilor de masă. Pentru procesarea părții grafice a fost folosit software-ul MapInfo,Geoportal și registrul.

Procesul de elaborare a tezei a ajutat la auto-dezvoltarea personală și a consolidat cunoștințele acumulate de-a lungul anilor de studiu.

S-a aplicat în mod eficient datele și software-ul obținut în practică și s-a aflat mai multe informații utile despre specificul viitoarei profesii.

During the writing of the thesis, a lot of information related to the process of mass primary registration, which is carried out on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, was studied. The main question was what was the purpose of these works? And the answer was as follows: there are still many settlements in the Republic of Moldova where residents do not have the right to own households in which they live, and for this reason many citizens cannot sell or give their property, and therefore in our country for several years there has been a State Program to create a cadastre of real estate, which, among other things, provides an opportunity

In this thesis, the step-by-step process of mass registration of real estate was studied and considered, starting with the study of the data provided by the mayor's offices to the registration and issuance of titles.

The main purpose of the work was: identification of objects, their description, real estate valuation and further registration.

All variables are interconnected and cannot be separated from each other. In the course of the work, legal,Technical, economic, institutional and social aspects of the cadastre.

The task was to study the process of gradual mass work for the primary real estate registry.To write the work, it was necessary to work hard with the data provided by the mayor's room and mass work executor. MapInfo software was used to process the graphic part, as well as worked with Geoportal and the register.

The process of working on the thesis helped personal self-development and creaked the knowledge gained over the years of study. I was able to effectively put the data and software into practice and was able to learn more about the specifics of my future profession.
