Abstract

Implementarea lucrărilor de pregătire a materialelor pentru înregistrarea terenurilor pe care se află clădiri individuale de locuit și alte imobile sunt situate, în Autoritatea Cadastrală Teritorială. Vorbim despre intocmirea fisei tehnice a sitului, cuprinzand extrase din titluri primare, planuri geometrice, masuratori cadastrale, acte de delimitare, scheme etc. Inregistrarea terenurilor si a drepturilor va cuprinde un pachet de documente, urmata de examinare si inregistrare. . Pentru înregistrarea dreptului de gaj, va fi necesar un alt set de titluri pentru obiectul înscrierii.

Articolul elaborat cuprinde toate aspectele necesare de conținut teoretic, metodologic și practic în domeniul problemei care se rezolvă, care prezintă interes pentru cei interesați de o astfel de muncă. Întregul conținut al articolului este reflectat în patru capitole principale, inclusiv concluzii, aplicații și bibliografie.

Tema tratată în lucrare este relevantă și face obiectul discuțiilor în cadrul unui număr de întâlniri, conferințe, seminarii, forumuri atât la nivel național, cât și internațional. Lucrarea desfășurată evidențiază principalele trăsături ale întregului proces de înregistrare în masă prin prisma cadrului de reglementare actual și a practicii consacrate în acest domeniu atât la nivel național, cât și în alte țări cu un nivel superior de dezvoltare. .

Structura lucrării efectuate îndeplinește toate cerințele stabilite de șef pe baza liniilor directoare elaborate în legătură cu aceasta de către departamentul „Cadastru și Geodezie”. Conținutul lucrării reflectă cunoștințele dobândite în timpul studiilor la facultate. Majoritatea materialului expus a fost acumulat în ultimul an de studiu. Aspectul practic al lucrării este completat de materiale acumulate ca urmare a practicii muncii în Direcția Cadastrală Teritorială Glodeni. Obiectul studiului este localitatea natală, astfel că o parte semnificativă din materialul analizat a fost preluat de la administrația publică locală Viișoara, raionul Glodeni. A fost analizată și literatura de specialitate atât din bibliotecile personale, cât și din cele universitare.

Разработанная статья включает в себя все необходимые аспекты теоретического, методологического и практического содержания в области решаемой проблемы, что представляет интерес для заинтересованных в таких работах. Все содержание статьи отражено в четырех основных главах, включая выводы, приложения и библиографию.

Тема, затронутая в работе, является актуальной и является предметом обсуждения в ходе ряда встреч, конференций, семинаров, форумов как на национальном, так и на международном уровне. В разработанной работе освещаются основные особенности всего процесса массовой регистрации через призму действующей нормативно-правовой базы и сложившейся практики в этой сфере как на национальном уровне, так и в других странах с более высоким уровнем развития.

Структура выполненной работы соответствует всем требованиям, предъявляемым руководителем на основании разработанных в связи с этим методических указаний кафедры «Конструкций ,Геодезии и Кадастра ». Содержание работы отражает знания, полученные во время обучения на факультете. Большая часть экспонируемого материала была накоплена за последний год обучения. Практический аспект работы дополнен материалами, накопленными в результате производственной практики в Глодянском территориальном кадастровом управлении. Объектом исследования является родной город, поэтому значительная часть проанализированного материала была взята из местного публичного управления Виишоара,Глодянского района . Также была проанализирована специализированная литература как из личных, так и из университетских библиотек.

The thesis on the topic “Peculiarities of mass registration in the Glodeni region, the village of Viishoara” is aimed at combining theoretical, methodological and practical knowledge. The developed article includes all the necessary aspects of theoretical, methodological and practical content in the field of the problem being solved, which is of interest to those interested in such work. The topic covered in the work is relevant and is the subject of discussion during a number of meetings, conferences, seminars, forums both at the national and international levels. The developed work highlights the main features of the entire process of mass registration through the prism of the current regulatory framework and established practice in this area both at the national level and in other countries with a higher level of development. .

The object of the study is the hometown, so a significant part of the analyzed material was taken from the local public administration of Viişoara, Glodeni region. Specialized literature was also analyzed from both personal and university libraries.
