| dc.description.abstract | Scopul lucrării: analiza bazelor teoretice şi metodologice de formare a bunurilor imobile cu aplicarea lor în practică. Obiectivele lucrării: Analiza bazelor teoretice şi metodologice a procesului de formare a bunurilor imobile. Studierea literaturii de specialitate, a cadrului legislativ, normativ de executare a lucrărilor cadastrale de formare a bunurilor imobile. Descrierea obiectului de studiu. Aplicarea metodelor de formare a bunurilor imobile. Metodele aplicate la elaborarea lucrării: analiza istorică a evoluţiei lucrărilor cadastrale, metoda proiectului, metoda statistică de analiză a datelor, comparaţia, metoda aplicării cadrului normativ. Rezultatele obţinute: Elaborarea proiectelor de formare a bunurilor imobile. Elaborarea planului cadastral pentru bunurile imobile nou formate. Elaborarea studiului de fezabilitate. Întocmirea raportului lucrărilor cadastrale de formare a bunurilor imobile. Elaborarea compartimentului economic. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the paper: the analysis of the theoretical and methodological bases for the formation of real estate with their application in practice. Objectives of the work: Analysis of the theoretical and methodological bases of the real estate formation process. Studying the specialized literature, the legislative, normative framework for the execution of cadastral works for the formation of real estate. Description of the study object. Application of real estate formation methods. The methods applied to the elaboration of the paper: the historical analysis of the evolution of cadastral works, the project method, the statistical method of data analysis, the comparison, the method of applying the normative framework. The results obtained: Development of real estate training projects. Elaboration of the cadastral plan for the newly formed immovable property. Elaboration of the feasibility study. Preparation of the report on the cadastral works for the formation of immovable assets. Elaboration of the economic compartment. | en_US |
