Abstract

Scopul lucrării: analiza bazelor teoretice şi metodologice ale procesului de înregistrare funciară masivă cu aplicarea lor în practică.

Obiectivele lucrării:

Analiza bazelor teoretice şi metodologice a procesului de înregistrare funciară masivă.

Studierea literaturii de specialitate, a cadrului legislativ, normativ de executare a lucrărilor cadastrale de înregistrare funciară masivă.

Descrierea obiectului de studiu.

Aplicarea metodelor de executare a lucrărilor de înregistrae funciară masivă.

Metodele aplicate la elaborarea lucrării: analiza istorică a evoluţiei lucrărilor cadastrale de înregistrare, metoda proiectului, metoda statistică de analiză a datelor, comparaţia, metoda aplicării cadrului normativ.

Rezultatele obţinute:

Elaborarea schemelor cadastrale de câmp.

Elaborarea raportului măsurătorilor terestre.

Elaborarea şi completarea formularelor tip pentru colectarea datelor generale despre bunurile imobile şi proprietari.

Elaborarea planului cadastral în cadrul lucrărilor cadastrale de înregistrare masivă.

Elaborarea compartimentului economic.
