Lucrări cadastrale de înregistrare primară masivă în satul Vertiujeni, raionul Florești

Abstract

În această lucrare s-a prezentat lucrările cadastrale de înregistrare primară masivă care constă din întocmirea a evidenței bunurilor imobile din proprietate privată și proprietate publică și a drepturilor asupra lor, în scopul creării cadastrului bunurilor imobile pe întreg teritoriul Republicii Moldova, pentru impozitare și îmbunătățirea calității datelor din cadastru.

La capitolul 1 s-a prezentat informațiile generale despre componența lucrărilor cadastrale și s-a analizat fiecare etapă din care este alcătuită înregistrare primară masivă a bunurilor imobile în proprietate privată.

La capitolul 2 s-a studiat softul MapInfo Pro, QGIS și echipamentul topo-geodezic de teren care a fost folosit pentru lucrările cadastrale de înregistrare primară masivă.

La capitolul 3 s-a prezentat lucrările cadastrale de înregistrare primară masivă, în satul Vertiujeni, raionul Florești, în care s-au identificat numerele cadastrale convenționale la care s-au atribuit cu numere permanente, modificarea planului cadastral pentru bunurile înregistrate, lista bunurilor imobile care urmează să fie identificate în urma executării lucrărilor cadastrale de corectare a erorilor și delimitare.

La capitolul 4 s-a prezentat analiza economică a procesului în care s-au identificat concurenții, consumătorii și caracterizarea lucrării și cheltuielile privind executarea lucrării și timpul necesar pentru efectuarea înregistrării primare masive și s-a dedus din punct de vedere economic că este un proces rentabil.

La capitolul 5 s-a analizat importanța securitatății și sănătatății în muncă la lucrările cadastrale în special cu receptorul GPS, în care s-a prezentat măsurile tehnicii securității care trebuie să le îndeplinească orice persoană pentru sănătatea și securitatea lui.

In this work presented the cadastral works of massive primary registration, which consists of the preparation of the record of immovable property from private and public property and the rights over them, in order to create the cadastre of immovable property throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova, for taxation and improving the quality of data from cadastre.

Chapter 1 presented general information about the composition of cadastral works and analyzed each stage that consists of the massive primary registration of immovable property in private ownership.

Chapter 2 studied the MapInfo Pro software, QGIS and the topo-geodetic field equipment that was used for the cadastral works of massive primary registration.

Chapter 3 presented the cadastral works of massive primary registration, in the village of Vertiujeni, Florești district, in which the conventional cadastral numbers were identified to which they were assigned with permanent numbers, the modification of the cadastral plan for the registered assets, the list of immovable assets that follows to be identified following the execution of the cadastral works of error correction and delimitation.

Chapter 4 presented the economic analysis of the process in which the competitors, consumers and the characterization of the work and the expenses related to the execution of the work and the time required to carry out the massive primary registration were identified and it was deduced from an economic point of view that it is a cost-effective process.

Chapter 5 analyzed the importance of safety and health at work in cadastral works, especially with the GPS receiver, in which the technical safety measures that any person must perform for his health and safety were presented.
